Michigan Community Living & Provider Services, Inc. boasts a real commitment to educating families, long-term care professionals, advocates, guardians and others in how to effectively navigate the waters of long-term care in America.  On occasion this includes exposing care delivery programs which profess a commitment to quality but whose daily operations reveal a disregard for person-centeredness and a primary focus on earning revenue.

When called upon to do so and when it does not conflict with our advocacy efforts, we also unite shoppers of care with reliable, responsible, reputable providers of care and care support organizations. This includes small scale and larger assisted living, long-term care in skilled nursing programs, skilled home health care, specialized private duty home care for the disabled and neurologically injured as well as pharmacy delivery.

Our goal is to ensure prompt delivery of assistance, reliable and responsible care coordination, including in-home services as needed with a heightened focus on United States disabled veterans and their surviving spouses. Included among our services is professional guardianship and conservatorship.

While we cannot guarantee every aspect of a network member’s operations, we do seek to ensure they remain regulatory compliant and appropriately insured.  Shoppers for care never pay for care coordination assistance, as this network is grant and provider financed.
