Structured, often licensed, living arrangements for people who are usually not related who can be assisted in personal care, activities of daily life, nutritional and medication management. The best in therapeutic group living for the aged, catastrophically injured and precious disabled veterans. In Michigan these can be unlicensed assisted living models operating with the clinical assistance and supervision provided by Medicare certified home health agencies or homes licensed under the rules of adult foster care and homes for the aged. Note that generally a person admitted to a home for the aged must be 60 years of age or older.
